will determine the Agencies having jurisdiction and outline the regulations that will need to be followed for a client’s
particular project.
Adk Compliance will
outline the approvals required from the various Agencies, providing client and/or project team with checklists of required
items needed to obtain project approvals.
Adk Compliance will meet with project team as required
to review and coordinate required submissions.
In more complex projects Adk Compliance
will meet with Agencies to clarify regulations and obligations.
